I love all the Pickapeppa sauces, but the Ginger Mango may be my favorite. Absolutely perfect on roast pork or veg. But easily works on fish, chicken, seafood. Unfortunately my local stores quit carrying the other flavors. Thankfully you can get them online. Wish there was something between a gallon and 5 oz, but I'll make do.
