What does pickapeppa sauce taste like?
The sauce is sweet, sour and mildly spicy. The company makes several variants of the sauce, including mango and extra hot Scotch Bonnet pepper varieties. One traditional use of the sauce is to pour it over a block of cream cheese, to be spread on crackers.
Does pickapeppa sauce go bad?
It doesn't have to be refrigerated after opening. Once a bottle of sauce is opened, the color may change, but the product won't spoil.
What is pickapeppa sauce used for?
It makes regular appearances in marinades for steaks, barbecue sauces for ribs, and as a topping for burgers (Pickapeppa is known as the Jamaican A1, of course).

A: We cannot confirm current inventory at individual Houston-area grocery stores because store-level stock changes by location. Pickapeppa inventory has just begun arriving in the United States, and we are releasing additional online inventory each day for approximately the next two weeks. Because demand is extremely high, the 5 oz six-pack may sell out between releases. If you are looking locally, we recommend calling the store before visiting. Q: whats going on with supply all stores in my area in florida havent had pick a pepper for a very long time and I try to come here and order its out of stock
A: Pickapeppa Sauce has experienced extended supply disruptions after two hurricanes damaged crops and the production facility in Jamaica. This has affected availability in Florida and throughout the United States. We are waiting for new shipments and will restock each Pickapeppa flavor and package size as soon as it becomes available.
